Priscilla Walmsley is a software architect, web developer, development manager and technical consultant. She has served as an enterprise architect and data architect for a wide variety of commercial and government projects over the last 20 years. She is particularly known for her technical and subject matter expertise in XML architecture and implementation, NIEM, SOA and Web services, enterprise application integration, electronic publishing and content management. She is the author of Definitive XML Schema (Prentice Hall) and XQuery (O'Reilly Media), and co-author of Web Service Contract Design and Versioning for SOA.
