The Accreditation and Certification Committee, the Trust Framework Adoption and Integration Committee, and the Legal and Contract Committee are no longer separate committees and will be functioning as one joint committee temporarily named the Joint Accreditation, Trust Framework, and Legal Committee. Responsibilities
This committee will be responsible for reviewing existing Trust Frameworks, their standards, policies, and procedures and providing recommendations to the Steering Group on the creation of the Identity Ecosystem Framework. This committee will have responsibility for the following:
- Complete an inventory of current Trust Frameworks
- Complete analysis of existing Trust Framework standards, technical schemes, communities of interest (COIs), security requirements, use cases, etc.
- Complete Trust Framework policy gap analysis
- Complete Recommendations for baseline Identity Ecosystem Trust Framework requirements that can stimulate trust framework expansion
- Develop a Steering Group Trust Framework adoption policy
- Define model use cases for COIs in the Identity Ecosystem
- Define use case implementation requirements for COIs
- Adopt or develop profiles and deployment specifications for COI implementation requirements
- Establish Identity Ecosystem model architecture for Identity Ecosystem participants
- Adopt or develop implementation tools (reference models, tutorials, etc.) for Identity Ecosystem participants
